| Whoever it is, we aim to track down every single one of the former talkSPORT presenters and find out what they’re up to right now. The first edition of the talkSPORT Tracker involves the legendary Midlander Chris Ashley with Steve Bower, Chris Cooper, Jon Driscoll and Tony Greig. |
| Chris Ashley
Chris Ashley made his final talkSPORT appearance all the way back in 2002 where he stood-in for a number of regular presenters. Following this, he was heard on several BBC Local Radio stations but has since emigrated to the Costa Blanca and is now presenting on Sunshine FM each Saturday afternoon. |
| Chris Cooper Chris Cooper was part of talkSPORT’s commentary team at the 2006 World Cup and the Champions League Final between Liverpool and AC Milan in Istanbul. Also a regular presenter, Chris left the station in 2007 and returned to Century Radio in the North West before moving to their sister station in the North East. |
| Steve Bower Steve Bower was talkSPORT’s commentator for their coverage of Manchester United in the Champions League in 2001. He left the station a year later to become MUTV’s full-time commentator but returned during Euro 200 and, now, Steve presents and commentates on Setanta Sports live Conference coverage. |
| Jon Driscoll talkSPORT’s former Chief Football Correspondent, Jon Driscoll, left the station shortly after the 2002 World Cup becoming a freelance reporter for a number of broadcasters including the BBC and Sky. Now, Jon can be regularly heard as a reporter on Sky Sports and as a commentator on their coverage from La Liga. |
| Tony Greig A regular on talkSPORT’s cricket commentary team and since his last appearance on the station, Tony Greig has worked for a number of other broadcasters including Channel 5, Five and Channel 9 in Australia. He is also an Executive Board member of the Indian Cricket League. |
